PHASE 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION

Sit back , relax and let us help by offering our expert design advise while working with your requirements, design ideas and home plans.  We can conduct the initial meeting at your home or in our Wellington show room . During this meeting we will go over the following :

• Layout requirements
• Spatial planning - flow, design features, style, colours, materials, fixtures and fittings
• Family and entertaining needs
• Appliance options, and supply
• Flooring, lighting, colour schemes (if required)
• Costs

PHASE 2
DESIGN WORK BEGINS

Design Review Meeting One
(at our Wellington kitchen showroom)

• Discuss the layouts, view the choices, decide on options and choose the way forward
• Discuss costs for the products, installation and project co-ordination for the entire kitchen project

 

Design Review Meeting Two or Three
(at our Wellington kitchen showroom)

 

• Before Design Meeting Two we will invoice you for a deposit of 5% (of quoted kitchen price) + GST to secure our services, plans and 3d imagery
• The concept plan is amended from discussions in meeting one and finalized
• The confirmed design is presented in the way of a final plan with all measurements and dimensions
• The final product selection is chosen
• Appliances models and specifications are confirmed
• All positions, heights and widths for Electrical appliances, Power points, etc are finalised
• Presentation of all the above in our Final Design Meeting with a ‘Walk-through’
• Confirm dates for removal and installation of new and old kitchen
• Before Manufacture we require a deposit of  20% (of quoted kitchen price) + GST

PHASE 3
MANUFACTURING

PHASE 4
INSTALLATION

Once the  joinery installation  is completed, we will then proceed to template and manufacture the kitchen bench tops. This will happen over a period of 10 working days.  The bench top templates are done to ensure tops follow the contour of the existing walls and fit snug at the first time; without further changes.

The job is only complete once  the  water, electrical and gas certificates are issued.  At this point, we'll have a final walk through  before the final invoice is paid.
